*👉VERSE:* _*”And said, Naked came I out of my mother’s womb, and naked shall I return thither…”_(Job 1:21)
A stranger doesn’t have the right to claim ownership of anything he is not entitled to. All of us were born naked into this world, and none of the unborn children will be able to turn this basic fact about nature.
Distinctively, every one of us has a mandate to execute as creatures of God, and for that reason God provides us with all that we will need. He created us to serve Him by obeying all that will lead Him to remain a glorified God (Ecclesiastes 12:13). Job made this profound statement which is our memory verse for today.
How do most of us understand our mission in this world? To rely on materialism, power, beauty and fame in order to achieve such a divine purpose which calls for holiness and strong faith in God? Death is inevitable. It is there for all of us to make a transition back to the Supreme God for judgement. You cannot rely on any influential thing of this world and take it along with you.
If that is the case, then we are to do the mission assigned to us, and turn away from the love we give to the world. It is easy to die, but where will you spend eternity after leaving this world? Haven been into this world naked, let us go back naked after completing our mission for a heavenly reward.
*PRAYER* Lord Jesus, keep me busily working on my mission. *AMEN*
