*πŸ‘‰VERSE:* _*”For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy…”_(2Timothy 3:2)

God is holy. The Bible tells us to be holy as He is holy. Any one who believes in Jesus Christ has to be in the holy likeness of God. Therefore, a Christian with Heaven in mind is the one who would like to follow the footprint of Jesus Christ, right from righteousness to holiness.

Animals and human beings give rise to their younger ones, and not to different species. When we believed in Jesus Christ, we became born of holy God. Our uprightness in character and cleanliness of heart must speak of God’s holiness. Sometimes, people easily forget what the Holy Bible says in relation to the holiness of God which must be seen in us. They call it impossible for mankind to be holy, even when God has told us to be so. This misunderstanding has brought people into loving the world and working against their souls.

God does His part by giving us His grace, mercy and His Spirit. Man also fulfills his part of the deal by obeying the Word of God and surrendering his sinful will for that of God.

Now that you know about our call to walk with the Lord in holiness and sacrifice ourselves to His purpose, must we think like people of this world? Satan has made it sound impossible for unstable minded Christians to think of the possibility of being holy in these last days. Until we are holy, we will not see our holy God in Heaven. What fruit are you bearing? Is it holy or unholy?

*PRAYER* Father in Heaven, may your nature of holiness be seen in my life in Jesus name. *AMEN*
